To the citizens of Chaplin, Scotland and Hampton, Connecticut:

This website has been established to provide you with information about the progress and work of the RD11 Dissolution Study Committee. This committee was initiated as the result of referenda in each town in January, 2008.

At the completion of the study, and upon acceptance of the committee's recommendation by the Connecticut State Board of Education, each town will have an opportunity to vote in referendum on the recommendation of the committee.

It is our goal to use this website and other communications to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on that referendum. We welcome your comments and questions along the way. You may use this website to contact us or you may attend the committee meetings. Meetings are open to the public and there is always an opportunity for public forum.
